INITIAL VIRTUAL MEETING CONSULTATION
Let’s brainstorm! In our consult we will grab a brief on your likes, dislikes, ideas and thoughts in order to provide suggestions and pull the design brief and mood board together.

MOOD BOARD
We will work with your inspo images to create a mood board or start from scratch to pinpoint the color palettes and styling elements that will be baseline of your weddings vibe and style.

2 SITE VISITS
To ensure the mood board is a perfect fit for your venue and every thought has been vetted.

DESIGN BRIEF CREATION
You will receive a comprehensive design brief outlining each aspect of your wedding from ceremony, cocktail hour through to your reception space, showcasing what rental elements will be used.

VENDOR MEETINGS
Team work makes the dream work. The key to a successful event is vendor communication to ensure we are all on the same page.

FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT DESIGN
You will be supplied with a full floor plan layout of all areas of your wedding to pass onto any key vendors and use as reference when setting up.

WEDDING DAY EXECUTION
With a full team of industry professionals onsite, we will bring your wedding mood board to life! All you need to do is focus on the one you love and enjoy the party.
